Body in Mind Training (BMT) is a Mindfulness based intervention that uses body movements to teach emotional regulation. It was developed by Phd Tamara Russel, she is a neuroscientist, psycologist from Oxford (UK) and Kung Fu Master. |
The traditional Mindfulness programs (MBSR) last for 8 weeks and can be purchased individually or in groups, face-to-face and online. BMT program lasts for 5 weeks.
